FIRST RECONCILIATION
Reconciliation is a Sacrament of Initiation
Penance is an experience of the gift of God's boundless mercy. Not only does it free us from our sins but it also challenges us to have the same kind of compassion and forgiveness for those who sin against us. We are liberated to be forgivers. We obtain new insight into the words of the Prayer of St. Francis: "It is in pardoning that we are pardoned."
First Reconciliation Dates:- January 8, 2025, 7:00pm - OUR LADY OF LOURDES CHURCH
- for Our Lady of Lourdes, St. Aloysius Gonzaga, St. Catharine of Siena and St. Martin of Tours families
- January 14, 2025, 7:00pm - ST. ANTONINUS CHURCH
- for St. Antoninus families
Dress Code for First Reconciliaton:- Both BOYS & GIRLS - Please wear dress clothes (no jeans, sweatshirts, shorts or t-shirts)

FIRST COMMUNION
First Communion is a Sacrament of Initiation
In the celebration of the Eucharist, bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit and the instrumentality of the priest. The whole Christ is truly present -- body, blood, soul, and divinity -- under the appearances of bread and wine, the glorified Christ who rose from the dead. This is what the Church means when she speaks of the "Real Presence" of Christ in the Eucharist.
First Communion Dates:- April 26, 2025, 4:00pm - St. Catharine of Siena Church
- April 27, 2025, 1:30pm - St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church
- May 3, 2025, 4:00pm - Our Lady of Lourdes Church
- May 4, 2025, 9:00am - St. Martin of Tours Church
- May 4, 2025, 1:30pm - St. Antoninus Church
Dress Code for First Communion:- Girls: White dress (no longer than ankle length), dress shoes (no gym shoes please)
- a veil or ring of flowers may be worn, but not required
- BOYS: Dress pants (navy or black), white dress shirt with a tie (navy or black), dress shoes (no gym shoes, please)
